Vediamoci is related to the verb vedere (to see). It is possible to translate in “let’s see each other” or “let’s meet!”

Sentiamoci is related with the verb sentire (to hear)

Sentiamoci per email (this form is not really correct because you cannot hear someone by email but is really common in Italy)

Parliamoci is related to the verb parlare (to speak)

Parliamoci di persona
Parliamoci domani
Parliamoci chiaro!
